Now, about you.

As a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect, you will manage, develop, and implement technology solutions for clients. You will lead teams, work closely with project teams and clients, define requirements, shape solutions, and ensure quality implementation. Your goal is to produce outstanding work, expand our technical capabilities, and help clients meet their digital objectives.

What you'll do:

Horizontal Delivery Practice and New Business Development
  • Support presales activities, including participating in sales calls and proposal development.
  • Work with clients to determine solutions that add business value.
  • Work with Salesforce products including Sales, Service, Data, Experience, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Define and refine enterprise solution architectures leveraging cross-cloud Salesforce technology based on client requirements.
  • Estimate effort and define delivery approach for solutions.
  • Communicate concepts, architectures, and options effectively through diagrams and documentation.
  • Analyze client needs against Salesforce features and functionalities.
  • Articulate our Salesforce practice capabilities and value propositions.
  • Drive thought leadership and innovative solutions for clients.
  • Participate in practice events and training.
  • Mentor associate Solution Architects and team members.
  • Maintain industry knowledge and certifications.
  • Expand practice capabilities into emerging technologies.
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver top-tier solutions.
Client and Technical Delivery
  • Build trusted advisor relationships, managing communications and client expectations.
  • Identify business needs and design technical and functional solutions.
  • Manage risks and communicate tradeoffs.
  • Gather and document requirements, providing solution options.
  • Create scalable solutions aligned with strategic priorities.
  • Shape architecture strategies and standards for the team.
  • Specify and publish API standards.

What you bring:
  • At least 5 years of client-facing consulting/professional services experience.
  • At least 5 years designing and implementing Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience with additional Salesforce products like Interaction Studio, Datorama, Customer 360, Tableau CRM is a plus.
  • Understanding of implementing Salesforce solutions focusing on Sales and Service Clouds.
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of articulating transformation outcomes.
  • Ability to engage with senior, including C-level, clients in outcome-oriented dialogues.
  • Salesforce certifications and comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce capabilities.
  • Experience defining system structure, interfaces, and guiding principles.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
