Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test case scripts and scenarios for Salesforce features (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom objects, etc.)
• Perform manual and automated testing of Salesforce applications integrations (APIs) and user interfaces.
• Validate business workflows, data integrity, and security rules within Salesforce.
• Conduct regression, functional, integration, UAT, and smoke testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs in tools like Jira and collaborate with developers for resolution.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Salesforce developers, admins, BAs, PMs) to understand requirements and provide feedback.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and QA status reporting.
• Create and maintain QA documentation including test plans, test data, and test summary reports.
• Familiar with bug tracking tools like Jira.
• Basic SOQL knowledge for data validation.
• Familiarity with mobile testing (if Salesforce mobile app is used).
