Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design develop and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have experience working with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensure system scalability, and support the continuous improvement of our Salesforce environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce applications, workflows, triggers, and integrations.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Salesforce best practices.
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, Visualforce pages, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Perform regular system maintenance, data cleansing, and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Admins, Analysts, and end-users.
• Provide technical guidance and support to Salesforce Administrators and other team members.
• Stay current on Salesforce updates, new features, and AppExchange solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices for the development team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer (25 years preferred).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II or other certifications are a plus).
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or third‑party tools.
• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and DevOps practices for Salesforce.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred

• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines in Salesforce development.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
