Job description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with deep expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and specialized experience in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) or core financial services business processes. This role requires a strong technical foundation, excellent architectural design skills, and the ability to lead complex Salesforce implementations end‑to‑end for enterprise programs.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to design scalable, secure, and future‑ready Salesforce solutions that support financial services workflows such as client onboarding, financial account management, KYC, case management, and advisor‑client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
  • Lead the end-to-end architecture and solution design for Salesforce programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives—especially within financial services use cases.
  • Design scalable data models, object relationships, sharing & security models, and integration patterns tailored for FSC or finance domain processes.
  • Translate complex business requirements into robust, secure, and scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Define architecture blueprints, integration patterns, API frameworks, and system interaction diagrams.
Technical Leadership
  • Provide hands‑on technical leadership with strong expertise in:
  • Apex (classes, triggers, asynchronous processing)
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Salesforce Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, External Services)
  • Guide and mentor technical teams including developers, admins, and configuration specialists.
  • Conduct code reviews, solution validation, and technical risk mitigation.
Financial Services Cloud / Finance Domain Expertise
  • Architect solutions leveraging FSC capabilities such as:
  • Client & Household Data Models
  • Financial Accounts & Assets
  • Goals & Relationship Groups
  • Action Plans & Advisor Workspaces
  • Apply domain knowledge in banking, wealth management, insurance, or lending processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards—security, data privacy, regulatory requirements, audit frameworks.
Delivery & Governance
  • Drive end‑to‑end solution delivery across multi‑cloud Salesforce programs.
  • Define best practices for DevOps, release management, and CI/CD using Git, Gearset, Copado, or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with business and functional leaders to ensure architectural governance and technical roadmap alignment.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with enterprise architects, integration teams, and data teams to deliver unified solutions.
  • Work with stakeholders to define business capabilities, user journeys, and scalable operational models.
  • Present architectural recommendations and technical assessments to leadership and steering committees.
Skills
Required Skills & Experience
  • 8–10+ years of experience implementing Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Strong experience across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
  • Hands‑on expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, API integrations, and platform automation.
  • Proven architecture experience: data modeling, security architecture, integration architecture.
  • Experience delivering Financial Services Cloud solutions or deep knowledge of financial services processes.
  • Experience leading technical delivery teams and driving full lifecycle implementations.
  • Strong command of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control tools.
