Job Description

Albemarle is hiring for a Sales Support Specialist. This position is inoffice and located in Albemarle Dubai office.

What You Will Do
  • Assist the Country Manager in admin tasks for the UAE legal entities.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, managing contracts in Docusign, forecasting in IBP / SFDC, keeping up the opportunity pipeline, complete new account creation, run the various reports for country manager such as stocks in the two warehouses, keep the sales records updated in the SFDC, enter QNs for customer feedback, help AR team to follow up on payments.
  • Provide support in filling customers questionnaires related to products / sustainability.
  • Route web requests to the relevant sales representative.
  • Manage request from smaller customers of the region.
  • Back up CSR activities for Aramco sales.
  • Help in registering the legal entities with different customers.
  • Ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with EU sales support to make sure tasks are completed on time including backup during vacations.
What You Bring

Required:

  • Bachelors Degree in Commerce or administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Sales Support / sales coordinator / customer service representative.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) software, MS office and other management systems such as SAP.
  • Business Acumen.
  • Able to work independently with timely reports on progress and challenges.
  • Fluent in English.

Preferred:

  • Preference will be given to someone who has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management abilities.
  • Problem solving mindset and attention to detail.
