Job Overview
Emirates Talent Solution is seeking an experienced and performance-driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations for upcoming property development projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UAE real estate sales, investor relations, and team leadership, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets in a competitive market.
This role involves overseeing the complete sales cycle, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring consistent growth through effective sales planning, execution, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals and UAE market dynamics.
- Identify and engage investors, brokers, and high-net-worth clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.
- Forecast sales targets and prepare performance reports for management.
- Manage daily sales activities and ensure smooth coordination with marketing and operations teams.
- Review sales documentation, contracts, and CRM records for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to UAE real estate regulations and company policies.
- Marketing & Promotional Support
- Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns, exhibitions, and property launches.
- Support development of sales presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
- Participate in client meetings, site visits, and project presentations.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
- Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and agreements to close deals effectively.
- Maintain a high standard of client service throughout the sales journey.
- Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Monitor team performance through reports and KPIs.
- Design and implement incentive structures to improve productivity.
Key Requirements
- Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Real Estate.
- Real estate or sales certifications will be an advantage.
- Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in property development or real estate sales in the UAE.
- Proven expertise in managing large sales teams and closing high-value property transactions.
- Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
