Shorages is a fast growing logistics warehousing and fulfillment 3PL company specializing in Ecommerce (B2C & B2B) solutions. For the past five years we have been providing top-tier services to businesses across the GCC helping brands store fulfill and manage inventory while ensuring smooth and timely deliveries. Our expertise spans direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands online marketplaces and corporate B2B supply chains making us a key player in the ecommerce logistics ecosystem. As we scale we are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, establish new client relationships and expand our market presence in Ecommerce logistics fulfillment and lastmile delivery services.
As the Sales Manager Logistics you will play a key role in expanding Shorages customer base by identifying and securing new business opportunities in the B2C and B2B ecommerce fulfillment warehousing and lastmile delivery sectors. This role requires a dynamic sales professional with industry knowledge, strong client relationships and the ability to drive lead generation, partnerships and revenue growth. You will be responsible for building relationships with DTC brands, online retailers, corporate businesses and marketplaces ensuring our solutions remain at the forefront of logistics innovation.
Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in ecommerce fulfillment, warehousing and lastmile delivery.
Identify and engage potential B2C brands, online retailers, marketplaces and B2B corporate clients.
Build strategic partnerships with retailers, ecommerce platforms, distributors and supply chain service providers.
Optimize the sales funnel, improve lead generation and increase conversion rates.
Represent Shorages at industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and drive new business.
Develop and manage a pipeline of potential clients to meet and exceed sales targets.
Lead negotiations, close deals and structure competitive proposals for DTC brands, online stores, marketplaces and B2B enterprises.
Use CRM tools and data analytics to track sales performance, optimise lead management and improve forecasting.
Ensure competitive pricing models that align with market demand and company profitability.
Build and maintain strong long‑term relationships with key clients in ecommerce and B2B sectors.
Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless fulfillment and logistics execution.
Provide consultative sales approaches advising clients on the best solutions to scale their ecommerce operations efficiently.
Drive customer satisfaction, retention and lifetime value by delivering tailored fulfillment and logistics solutions.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities and new technologies in ecommerce logistics.
Identify opportunities for new revenue streams and service expansions.
Utilise data analytics to refine pricing strategies and optimize sales performance.
3 years of experience in sales, business development or account management in Ecommerce logistics, warehousing, fulfillment or supply chain solutions.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in B2C and B2B logistics.
Strong network and relationships with ecommerce brands, online marketplaces and corporate B2B clients.
Expertise in warehouse management, inventory optimisation, order fulfillment and last‑mile logistics.
Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑building skills.
Experience working with CRM tools, sales automation and data analytics.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Logistics or a related field (preferred).
