Role Overview
The Sales Manager – Loyalty Management & Gift Card Solutions will be responsible for driving direct sales and strategic partnerships for enterprise-grade Loyalty Management Systems (LMS) and Gift Card solutions. The role focuses on acquiring and expanding mid-market clients across the UAE and GCC. Working closely with senior sales leadership, this role requires hands‑on consultative selling, strong relationship management, and established access to decision‑makers within retail brands, malls, loyalty programs, and emerging enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
- Drive new client acquisition and account expansion within the mid‑market segment.
- Continuously refine sales approaches based on market insights, customer feedback, and competitor analysis.
- Sell Loyalty Management Systems (LMS) and Gift Card Management Solutions to mid‑market clients.
- Engage senior stakeholders and decision‑makers to close high‑value commercial deals.
- Build, manage, and convert a strong sales pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with retail chains, malls, loyalty programs, and emerging enterprises.
- Present compelling value propositions that generate incremental revenue for clients and partners.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Finance teams to align messaging, pricing, and go‑to‑market strategies.
- Support smooth customer onboarding and ensure long‑term client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking using CRM tools and provide regular pipeline updates and sales forecasts to senior leadership.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive offerings, and evolving client needs and share market insights to support product positioning and continuous improvement.
Monthly Salary
15K + Benefits as per Company policies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5–10 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, loyalty platforms, gift cards, fintech, or payments.
- Proven track record of selling successfully to mid‑market clients.
- Experience engaging with retail brands, malls, loyalty programs, or enterprise clients in the UAE and/or GCC.
- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including executive‑level presentations.
- Highly driven, self‑motivated, and target‑oriented.
- Ability to convert existing relationships into measurable commercial outcomes.
Success Metrics (First 12 Months)
- Closed multiple mid‑market LMS and Gift Card solution deals.
- Built strong relationships with key decision‑makers across UAE and GCC markets.
- Achieved or exceeded assigned annual sales targets.
