Job Title: Sales Manager- Commercial Card Sales

Location: Dubai

Term: 12 months

Reports to: Head of Commercial Cards

Relevant experience
  • 8-12 years in commercial card sales, preferably in the UAE or GCC.
  • Proven success in B2B payments, especially in agriculture, procurement, or SME verticals.
  • Experience with virtual prepaid or corporate card products.
  • Familiarity with onboarding workflows and platforms like TSYS Prime or similar.
Mandatory requirements
  • Strong understanding of travel industry dynamics, supplier payments, and virtual card solutions.
  • Strong sales execution skills with a consultative approach.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams (product, ops, compliance).
  • Understanding of Mastercard and co-sponsor models.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Fluency in English.
Purpose of the project

To launch and scale Banks new Virtual Prepaid Crop Card under a co-sponsor model, targeting corporate clients in agriculture and procurement sectors. This role supports both sales growth and product refinement through client feedback and internal collaboration.

  • Ensure compliance with onboarding and servicing protocols.
