Job Title: Sales Manager (Arabic Speaker)

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and performance-focused Sales Manager to manage the sales pipeline and support business growth. This role is centered around lead management, client acquisition, and handling the full pre‑sales and post‑sales cycle.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of experience in sales or business development and be able to consistently meet sales targets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales pipeline, including prospecting, qualification, follow‑up, and deal closure.
  • Work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the line manager.
  • Conduct 5–7 client meetings per week, including both virtual and onsite meetings, as part of mandatory KPIs.
  • Execute structured sales strategies to expand the client base and strengthen market presence.
  • Conduct cold‑calling and targeted outreach to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Handle pre‑sales tasks such as coordinating demos, gathering requirements, and preparing proposals.
  • Manage post‑sales follow‑up to ensure client satisfaction and seamless coordination with internal teams.
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate CRM entries, track activities, and ensure transparent reporting and forecasting.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to enhance sales approaches.
  • Ensure compliance with Policies, ISO procedures, SOP’s and internal sales processes, next to the documentation standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams; including Support, Operations, and Technical; to ensure high service quality.
  • Build and maintain long‑term professional relationships to support client retention and account growth.

  • 5–7 years of experience in sales, business development, or similar roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Strong experience in cold‑calling, client meetings, proposal development, and tender submissions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Zoho is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently and in teams with strong ownership and accountability.
