Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person professionally and promptly
  • Provide accurate information about company products, services, policies, and procedures
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and service quality

Requirements
  • High school diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred) 1–3 years of experience in customer service or a related role. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
