Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative for one of our esteemed Resorts in Al Ain. This role is central to driving client acquisition, enhancing customer satisfaction, and promoting our premium cleaning and housekeeping services across residential and commercial segments. The ideal candidate will combine strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive sales mindset to build lasting client relationships, deliver exceptional service experiences, and consistently exceed sales targets. As a key brand ambassador, you will represent our commitment to quality, reliability, and professionalism—ensuring every interaction reflects our dedication to excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and engage potential clients through cold calling, door-to-door visits, digital outreach, and referral networks.
  • Present and promote cleaning and housekeeping services, including deep cleaning, window cleaning, upholstery care, and routine housekeeping, highlighting key benefits and value propositions.
  • Conduct on-site consultations to assess client needs and recommend customized service packages.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM tools and SAP NetWeaver AS.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through consistent communication, timely service delivery, and post-service follow-ups.
  • Address client inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service execution and on-time delivery.
  • Track and report on sales performance, pipeline progress, and market trends to support strategic planning.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated on new services, industry trends, and sales techniques.
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, customer service, or marketing, preferably in cleaning, hospitality, or home services.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and influence decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest satisfaction through proactive service and problem resolution.
  • Proficiency in using SAP NetWeaver AS for sales tracking, reporting, and data management.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts, appointments, and follow-ups efficiently.
  • Experience in service-based sales, including deep cleaning, window cleaning, and upholstery services, is highly advantageous.
