Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell fertilizer products to farms, distributors, and agricultural businesses across the UAE
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and field visits
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and follow-up documentation
  • Coordinate with logistics, technical, and finance teams to ensure smooth order execution
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fertilizer or agrochemical sales in the UAE
  • Strong understanding of UAE agricultural market and fertilizer products
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage
