Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider in Dubai seeks a Sales Executive responsible for achieving sales targets within the Car Care & Workshop Consumables segment. You will focus on developing new business and managing existing customer relationships through effective field sales execution. The ideal candidate has 3 to 7 years of experience in similar sectors, excellent interpersonal skills, and a track record of driving business growth. This is a full-time position requiring you to travel extensively within your assigned territory.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in sales within car care products or related industry.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets by developing new business, managing existing customer relationships, and expanding product penetration within the Car Care & Workshop Consumables segment. The role focuses on field sales execution, customer acquisition, and day‑to‑day account management across assigned territories.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through active prospecting of workshops, garages, fleets, and retailers.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize sales volume and repeat business.
  • Promote and sell car care products and workshop consumables in line with company strategy.
  • Conduct regular market visits, product demonstrations, and customer meetings.
  • Execute pricing promotions and sales initiatives as directed by management.
  • Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, and customer requirements.
  • Ensure timely order processing coordination with supply chain and follow‑up on deliveries.
  • Support collections by coordinating with customers and internal finance teams.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates.
  • Experience in sales within car care products, workshop consumables, automotive aftermarket, or related sectors.
  • Strong understanding of workshop operations and consumables usage.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and comfortable with field sales activities.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
