The ideal candidate has experience in luxury or premium products, is flexible in working hours, and understands how online and offline sales work together.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively sell products to walk-in customers at the kiosk.
  • Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with luxury brand standards.
  • Manage and support online orders from platforms such as Noon.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social media channels.
  • Assist in content coordination and basic follow-ups for social media sales.
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on promotions and offers.
  • Handle cash, POS transactions, and basic reporting.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably luxury or premium products.
  • Familiarity with Noon platform and social media sales is a strong advantage.
