A leading automotive company in Dubai is looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Professional to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of automotive sales experience, strong networking skills, and a results-oriented mindset. Responsibilities include delivering vehicles, liaising with banks for customer deals, and maintaining strong customer relations. Qualifications

Job Purpose

To contribute to the success of the sales team and the organization in achieving the vision of the Sales Department and GEELY by contributing to expanding the customer network by achieving sales and distribution targets by providing consistent consultative selling.

Job Description
  • Making all deliveries of vehicles a special occasion and ensuring that all features and benefits are demonstrated and explained in detail.
  • Liaise with the bank and insurance companies to obtain favorable deals for the customer and the company.
  • Ensure proper and accurate processing of paperwork & documentation.
  • Utilize the company’s database for prospecting, repeat sales & referrals.
  • Ensure the prevailing pricing structure is adhered to at all times.
  • Meeting and exceeding fleet sales and profitability targets of the department.
  • Successfully responsible for effectively implementing and monitoring the effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Responsible for the continuous improvement in efficiency, quality, and adherence to the Quality Management System.
  • Present and demonstrate the GEELY product range to meet each customer’s corporate requirements, per the GEELY Sales certification program and the GEELY Sales process modules.
  • Communicate and meet with customers on a regular basis with regard to promoting GEELY Brand and its products.
  • Develop and maintain customer relations and ensure customer business growth.
Candidate Specifications
  • At least 2 – 4 years of experience in Automotive sales.
