About the Role

As a Sales Executive at REDA Lab, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by promoting and selling our portfolio of high-quality laboratory equipment, instruments, and consumables across the GCC region. You will serve a diverse client base—including educational institutions, government entities, and laboratories in key sectors such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, and Food & Beverage.

This role goes beyond traditional sales. You’ll act as a technical advisor, working closely with clients to understand their operational needs and recommend tailored solutions. Your ability to manage multiple projects, maintain long-term customer relationships, and stay ahead of market trends will be essential in supporting REDA Lab’s mission of delivering excellence and flexibility in scientific supply and support.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales of laboratory equipment, analytical instruments, and consumables across the UAE and wider GCC, targeting educational institutions, government labs, industrial facilities, and private laboratories.
  • Build and sustain long-term customer relationships through consistent engagement, technical understanding, and value-driven solutions.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities by proactively exploring prospects within the scientific, industrial, food safety, and petrochemical sectors.
  • Utilize market insights to strengthen REDA Lab’s market presence and expand the customer base across multiple territories.
  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and ongoing sales projects with efficiency, ensuring timely follow-up on leads, proposals, and inquiries.
  • Provide tailored product recommendations and localized technical support, positioning REDA Lab as a trusted partner in laboratory and testing solutions.
  • Deliver professional product presentations, demonstrations, and customer training sessions when required.
  • Collaborate closely with suppliers, technical teams, and application engineers to develop customized solutions meeting client needs.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new product opportunities and support strategic planning.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, commercial proposals, and technical offers, and ensure effective follow-up to successfully close deals.
  • Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and on-time deliveries.
  • Maintain updated sales records, forecasts, and customer data to support reporting and decision-making.
  • Provide regular feedback to management on market conditions, customer requirements, and overall sales performance.
  • Uphold REDA Lab’s reputation by ensuring high standards of customer service, professionalism, and responsiveness at every stage of the sales cycle.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Chemistry, or any closely related scientific.
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in selling laboratory equipment, analytical equipment, water testing equipment, environmental monitoring equipment, material testing equipment, and technical solutions within the UAE market.
  • Strong technical background in microbiology, spectrophotometry, PCR/qPCR, food safety testing kits, water analysis, and analytical instruments.
  • Experience working with food laboratories, environmental labs, QC/QA facilities, industrial labs, and government sectors is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage professionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple accounts and sales projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional command of English (spoken and written).
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel and cover all regions of the UAE, with occasional travel across the GCC if required.
Additional Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of tender processes and government portals.
  • Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage due to customer-facing nature of the role.
