We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with experience in Forex trading to promote trading products and services, acquire new clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial markets, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote Forex trading accounts, platforms, and related financial products
  • Acquire new clients through calls, meetings, referrals, and digital leads
  • Educate clients on Forex trading basics, market trends, and platform usage
  • Maintain long-term relationships with active and potential traders
  • Follow up with leads and convert prospects into funded accounts
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with the trading and support teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Stay updated on Forex market developments and competitor offerings
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in Forex, CFD, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of Forex trading concepts (currency pairs, leverage, spreads, risk management)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven with strong closing abilities
  • Ability to explain complex financial products in a simple manner
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or client acquisition
  • Hands-on experience in Forex trading (personal or professional) is required
  • Experience working with brokerage firms, trading platforms, or financial institutions is an advantage
  • Prior experience handling international clients is a plus
