Position: Sales Engineer
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: AED 10,000 – 12,000
Work Timing: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Workdays: Monday to Saturday
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic
Sales Engineer with strong technical sales expertise to join our team. The role involves driving business growth by promoting and selling
switchgear products (LV panels, feeder pillars, etc.) while building long-term client relationships across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in industrial, construction, utilities, and MEP sectors
- Promote and sell switchgear products to clients, contractors, and consultants
- Prepare and submit technical/commercial proposals and bids
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (DEWA, SEWA, MEP contractors, etc.)
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business expansion
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams for solution design and client support
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of B2B technical sales experience in the UAE (with exposure to Dubai, Sharjah, and Abu Dhabi)
- Strong knowledge of switchgear systems and local electrical standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering (or equivalent)
- Valid UAE driving license with willingness to travel across Emirates
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
- Familiarity with CRM tools and tendering portals preferred
