A leading technology company in Dubai seeks a Sales Engineer- Service & Maintenance to expand its Fire Protection product sales. You will focus on selling maintenance contracts and building long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering and at least 3 years of sales experience in the UAE market. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is a plus. A valid UAE driving license is required for this role.
The Sales Engineer- Service & Maintenance is a key role reporting to the Senior Sales Manager responsible for our Residential Commercial Industrial and Infrastructure sectors in Dubai. You will be based in Dubai and will be part of the service and maintenance sales team that is focused on expanding our footprint and customer base to achieve our strong growth objectives. The team focuses on selling Service and Maintenance Contracts for Fire Protection and Fire Detection Systems.
You will concentrate on selling Annual Maintenance Contracts, Installation Solutions, Upgradation Jobs and growing our market share with new clients which includes Facility Management Companies, Real Estate Firms, MEP Contractors, Consultants & End Users. As a member of this team you will work in a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to deliver our business objectives for our UAE region.
As a Sales Engineer you will use your in‑depth technical expertise in Fire Protection and Detection products to chase, qualify and close new sales opportunities by generating new leads, attending presentations or meeting with clients, creating competitive, high-quality proposals and taking part in the tendering and bidding process. You will support the Senior Sales Manager with any task or objective assigned and liaise, consult and cooperate with other Departments in the process of producing commercial proposals. You will liaise with the internal technical & Sales team to meet the client requirements. The key requirement is the ability to estimate manpower required to quote for annual maintenance contracts and modification projects. You will prepare and issue quotations in coordination with the estimation team. You’ll demonstrate your expertise by differentiating Johnson Controls and leveraging your market understanding of our competitors, strategies, products and services.
