About the Role

Are you a seasoned real estate sales professional with exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of driving revenue growth? Join BEEAH as our Director of Sales to establish and lead our sales team to new heights while shaping the future of real estate in the region.

What You Will Do
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and drive business growth.
  • Establish, lead and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and successful achievement of targets.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, investors, brokers, and partners, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor sales performance through metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Collaborate across departments (Marketing, Legal, Development, Finance, Customer Care) to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in real estate transactions.
What We Are Looking For
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in real estate sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of the local real estate market, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Preferred Experience: Expertise in villas, luxury, or commercial real estate sales.
