Our company is currently looking for a SALES DIRECTOR to assist in leading our fast-growing team that focuses and specializes in linking every client to their product needs in the Dental field.
Job Summary:
As SALES DIRECTOR, you will be responsible in overseeing several operational aspects of our company which includes, but is not limited to, sales and supplier management, strategic business plans and development and others. This is a key leadership role for someone who’s strategic, driven, and experienced in the dental or medical equipment sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Dentistry, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master’s degree is plus but not a must).
- 5+ years in a senior management role (preferably in dental, medical, or equipment trading)
- Proven experience and track record in B2B sales and supplier negotiation
- Strong leadership and operational management skills
- Excellent presentation, communication and decision-making abilities
- Strong understanding of dental equipment, market dynamics, and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B sales and client relationship management to ensure attraction of leads and long retention of existing clients
- Lead and oversee business operations, sales, and growth strategy to ensure goal achievements as per the vision of the company.
- Establish short- and long-term goals in alignment with company vision while continuously developing and implementing strategic plans to grow market share and profitability.
- Drive business growth through market analysis and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare and propose budgets, forecasts, and performance reports
- Build and lead a high-performing team by leading, mentoring, and managing teams including sales and others.
- Manage and monitor supplier relationships and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
- Take part in proposing and monitoring marketing campaigns and product launches in coordination with the marketing team.
- Participate and win tenders, agreements and projects
- Monitor KPIs to evaluate operational efficiency, sales performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Perform tasks related to designation as assigned by the Top Management
