Job summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Sales Coordinator to manage sales operations, facilitate communication between clients and teams, and support overall company growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and customer service orientation. Responsibilities include overseeing sales operations, interacting with clients, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. Relevant experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred, along with familiarity with ERP/CRM systems like SAP or Odoo. This position is based in Sharjah, UAE.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar role preferred, especially in manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with mechanical engineering principles or related technical knowledge is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee sales operations and provide administrative assistance to the team.
  • Interact with clients to understand their requirements, share product details, and address inquiries.
  • Support the creation and management of quotations, sales orders, and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, such as production and logistics, to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and relevant documentation.
  • Prepare reports and analyze sales performance and customer feedback.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to assist in strategic planning.
Qualifications And Skills
  • A background in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
