Salary: AED 3,000 – 4,000 + Sales Commission
Job Purpose
To drive growth and market expansion for DAL Technology by acquiring new clients, retaining existing ones, and developing solutions in the company’s core sectors:
- GPS Tracking & Fleet Management
- Fintech Onboarding & Digital Services
- Government PRO & Business Setup Services
- Technology Consulting & Market Research
- Cloud Solutions & Digital Transformation
Responsibilities
- Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify and pursue business opportunities in UAE, GCC, and African markets.
- Conduct competitor and market gap analysis to align services with client needs.
- Generate leads via networking, B2B outreach, exhibitions, and cold acquisition.
- Build strategic partnerships with government entities, corporates, and SMEs.
- CRM & Sales Funnel Management
- Manage leads and opportunities using CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Track pipeline stages, segment contacts, and plan follow-ups.
- Ensure data accuracy and provide insights to senior management.
- Proposal & Bid Management
- Draft tailored commercial and technical proposals.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to finalize terms.
- Maintain a central repository of proposal templates and case studies.
- Marketing & Campaign Support
- Coordinate with marketing to plan campaigns (LinkedIn, email, events).
- Support the creation of brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
- Represent DAL Technology at key exhibitions and networking events.
- Product & Service Development
- Gather client feedback to improve services (e.g., GPS software, fintech flows).
- Support product testing, pilot launches, and MVP rollouts.
- Sales Closing & Client Engagement
- Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Develop upselling and cross-selling strategies for long-term growth.
- Reporting & Internal Coordination
- Prepare monthly sales reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
- Participate in management meetings and strategic workshops.
- Provide recommendations on pricing, bundling, and delivery innovation.
Skills & Competencies
- Proven 1–3 years’ experience in business development, B2B sales, or consulting.
- Strong background in Fintech, GPS/Fleet Management, or GovTech is a plus.
- CRM expertise (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Strong proposal writing and presentation skills.
- Excellent English & Arabic communication skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and client relationships effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Experience in proposals, digital onboarding, and solution-based sales.
- Service-oriented with a consultative sales approach.
