The Job
Job Purpose :
- To identify, affiliate, and onboard big tickets (Hotels, Corporates, Events and Weddings).
- Accountable for Business Development & Client relationship management.
Primary duties and responsibilities :
- Identify potential leads, evaluate, and qualify prospects.
- To follow up on regular basis to nurture relationship with current contacts and new prospects.
- Develop business with existing Vendors and build clientele base for expansion of categories of products.
- Identifying areas for development and make proposal on the same.
- Develop a long-term business strategy and foster growth in assigned key areas.
- Submit daily report to reporting in-charge on daily meetings, follow ups, cold callings, and contract signing.
- Create weekly / monthly forecasts and weekly / monthly reports on market performance.
- Maximize the networking opportunities and awareness by regular meetings and surveys and develop a further network of contacts.
- MIS reporting
- Perform other duties as and when assigned
The Profile
- You have at least 3 years experience within a B2B Sales in the UAE within the FMCG industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
