Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in real estate, demonstrating excellent sales skills, market knowledge, and a client-focused approach. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct property viewings and follow up with potential clients
  2. Negotiate deals between buyers and sellers
  3. Provide expert advice to clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements
  4. Maintain an extensive portfolio of properties for sale and lease
  5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  6. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activity

  8. Ensure compliance with all real estate laws and regulations

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales
  2. Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  4. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  5. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  6. Self-motivated and results-oriented
  7. Valid UAE driving license
  8. Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
