Job summary

A luxury real estate company is seeking an Operations and Administrative Executive in Dubai. This role involves onboarding luxury homeowners, acquiring clients for high-end holiday homes, and maintaining relationships in the real estate market. Successful candidates will have experience in luxury sales or hospitality and excellent negotiation skills. The compensation includes a monthly salary of AED 4500 plus commission and incentives.

Qualifications

  • Target-oriented and able to work independently.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Opulenco is looking for a results-oriented and professional Operations and Administrative Executive to join our team in Dubai. The role focuses on supporting the operations and administration of our luxury short-term rental properties including acquiring new homeowners and clients for our portfolio. You’ll be responsible for growing our network securing partnerships and representing Opulenco in Dubais premium real estate market.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and onboard luxury homeowners for Opulencos property portfolio.
  • Acquire new clients looking for high-end holiday homes and tailored experiences.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers developers and local partners.
  • Conduct property tours and present Opulencos services to potential clients.
  • Meet sales and acquisition targets on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Dubais luxury real estate and hospitality markets.
  • Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business functioning.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in real estate luxury sales hospitality or administration.
  • Strong network within Dubais high-net-worth and property circles.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Professional presentation and understanding of luxury service standards.
  • Target-oriented confident closer and able to work independently.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Compensation
