Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic SaaS Sales Director to lead our sales efforts, scale revenue, and expand our SaaS offering both regionally and internationally.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for defining and executing the sales strategy, building high-performance sales teams, and driving consistent pipeline growth in a fast-scaling SaaS environment.

  • Develop & Execute Sales Strategy: Define and implement a scalable sales strategy that drives growth, increases ARR, and expands market penetration for SaaS solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, coach, and mentor SaaS sales teams (SDRs, AEs, and support roles), fostering a high-performance, target-driven culture.
  • Pipeline & Forecast Management: Oversee pipeline development, sales forecasting, and performance tracking to ensure attainment of quarterly and annual goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to refine messaging, optimize sales processes, and enhance customer experience.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new markets, key segments, and strategic partnerships to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Lead executive-level deal negotiations, key account management, and strategic customer conversations to close high-value opportunities.
