About the Role:


In this role, you'll own the end-to-end performance marketing funnel — from campaign launches to full-scale optimization — and play a critical part in helping us break into new international markets. You will work autonomously, backed by a collaborative team, and have full control over planning, testing, and iterating digital strategies.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead full-cycle paid traffic management across channels: strategy, launch, scale, and optimize
  • Own performance analytics: track KPIs, build dashboards, and derive insights that move the needle
  • Design and implement A/B tests and funnel experiments to drive user acquisition and growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, while having full autonomy in campaign prioritization and execution
  • Contribute to digital strategy for entering new and emerging markets

What We Expect from You

  • Proven track record in launching and scaling paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other global platforms
  • Confidence in using GA4 and Google Tag Manager, with the ability to build custom reports and tracking
  • Strong data orientation with the ability to manage campaigns based on performance and business goals
  • Deep experience with funnel optimization and experimentation through A/B testing
  • Strategic thinker who’s eager to contribute to market expansion plans
  • Proficient in English (B2 level or higher) for seamless collaboration and reporting

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with or promoting B2B companies in international markets
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or any leading CRM
  • Understanding of end-to-end analytics and experience with BI tools
