Job summary

A luxury hotel brand in Abu Dhabi is looking for a full-time Housekeeper. Job description
Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain guest rooms public areas and exterior areas to brand standards ensuring they are well presented at all times.
  • Report maintenance defects in guest rooms public areas and back of house through KnowCross.
  • Adhere to all brand standards and quality audit standards throughout the hotel.
  • Ensure compliance with Health and Safety standards when handling cleaning materials.
  • Provide exceptional customer care maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude even when faced with challenges.
  • Assist with other tasks to support the housekeeping team as required.
  • Attend all required training sessions and continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury hotel environment is preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with good problem solving abilities
  • Physical fitness to stand, lift, push and pull for extended periods
  • Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays
