Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper diagnosis and troubleshooting procedures for RMA units.
  • Solve customer RMA requests within 7–10 days.
  • Maintain defective stocks in RMA warehouses properly.
  • Liaise with product and sales teams for smooth RMA activities.

Job description

Newcom is a leading IT distribution company looking for an RMA Executive role who will be an integral part of our distribution sector, specifically in the Returns and Warranty department, and will be responsible for managing the return and QC process for products, ensuring that returned merchandise is efficiently handled, and processing warranty claims promptly. The role involves coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to streamline the RMA process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure proper diagnosis and troubleshooting procedures for RMA units.
  • Customer RMA requests need to be solved within 7–10 days.
  • CN & replacement processes are to be taken care of for all the unrepairable RMA units.
  • CN Follow-ups with the vendor for the claim-logged RMA units.
  • RMA unit requests need to be properly entered in the ERP system, and the same needs to be tracked until the closing request.
  • Defective stocks are to be maintained in the respective RMA warehouses properly.
  • Liaising with product /sales/ logistics/ operation teams in terms of smooth RMA activities.
  • QC to be done properly.
  • Reporting to be submitted on time
  • Records of all RMA to be maintained properly.
  • Stocks in RMA warehouse to be maintained properly with records
  • Managing ticketing System for RMA
Requirements and skills
  • Strong technical skills in chip-level repair, soldering, BGA handling, and signal-level testing (Oscilloscope).
  • Expertise in assembling and troubleshooting PCs, including gaming PCs.
  • Experience in network configuration (LAN/WAN), NVR, IP Phones, and CCTV systems.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of working experience in computer hardwareandnetworking.
