A leading international hospitality company seeks a Revenue Manager in Dubai. This role is essential for providing revenue accounting leadership while ensuring efficient operation aligned with corporate strategies. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in marketing or hospitality and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Candidates should possess strategic orientation and strong problem-solving abilities.
The Revenue Manager is responsible to provide revenue accounting leadership and business best practices to the hotel.
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
This role will provide key leadership surrounding the hotel's revenue recognition policies and will regularly interface with the sales, operations and marketing organizations.
The Revenue Manager has responsibility for all technical accounting aspects of hotel's revenue streams.
The Revenue Manager is also responsible for royalty accounting, invoicing and has two direct reports.
Ideally with a university degree in Strategic Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management.
Minimum 2 years work experience as Revenue Manager, Marketing Manager, Marketing Analyst.
Strategic orientation, as well as good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
