A leading bank in the UAE seeks candidates for a role in their Personal Loan Unit. This position focuses on increasing sales acquisition of personal loans and cross-selling retail banking products to both new and existing customers. The candidate will be responsible for achieving targets while maintaining high standards of customer service. Applicants should have at least a graduate qualification and 2 years of experience in banking or retail sales. Strong selling and marketing skills are a must.
The DSF Personal Loan Unit is the sales channel under Retail Banking, catering to the Personal loan sales requirements of existing Emirates NBD & new-to-bank customers in UAE. The’s core responsibility is to increase the market share of Personal loan business and function in line with the Group’s overall business strategy.
This unit is responsible for bringing new companies to the bank’s approved list of employers and capitalising on these relationships to increase acquisition of retail banking products.
The unit will also focus on cross‑selling other retail banking products such as accounts, credit cards, Bancassurance, etc. to increase the profitability of the unit and the overall revenue for Retail Bank.
