As Retail Activation Manager, you'll be driving the growth of our global brands across all offline retailer channels in the thriving makeup market, across the GCC region. Reporting to the Brand GM, you'll play a key role in connecting our brands with our consumers through driving the overall visibility within our offline retailers. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend both creative flair with strategic thinking, turning exciting ideas into impactful retail activations and bringing the brands to life across the countries of the GCC region. From showcasing our extensive range of products and launching key innovation, to ensuring the best brand expression at point of purchase, the outputs of this role are directly linked to driving brand performance and market share results.
