An excellent opportunity for a Restaurant Supervisor came up with our client for a casual dining concept in Dubai.

What will you do?

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the restaurant's operations to deliver an excellent guest experience. You will also be required to communicate and delegate tasks to the team to ensure targets are achieved.

Ensure compliance with brand standards.

• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Assist with training and development of team members
• Assist with annual appraisals with team members
• Comply with fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation
• Be environmentally aware
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
• Review customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service
• Assist wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
• Monitor inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked
