Job Descriptions

Reporting to the Restaurant Supervisor, duties include but are not limited to:

• Ensuring knowledge of the menu and all products.
• Following hotel grooming standards, including uniform, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
• Assisting guests courteously and promptly, taking messages accurately, and passing them on immediately.
• Following proper reporting procedures for concerns.
• Handling guest inquiries in a friendly, prompt, and effective manner.
• Understanding the restaurant's seating arrangements.
• Adhering to hotel safety, security, fire regulations, and health and safety laws.
