Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the restaurant floor, ensuring exceptional service standards are upheld at all times.

  • Oversee reservations, greeting guests, and ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain service flow and uphold quality standards.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any conflicts or issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor restaurant performance metrics, including sales, labor costs, and guest feedback.
  • Implement operational policies and procedures to improve service efficiency.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special events and promotions.
