Sales Associate - Ajman Grand Central

Position Objective

The setting is responsible to stand for the brand by optimizing as well as adding to the sales within the store via phenomenal customer support as well as retail experience. Perform various operational tasks such as store maintenance and visual presentation as assigned by the shop supervisor/assistant store manager.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service:
    • Greet clients and assist them in selecting the ideal item.
    • Convert window shoppers to loyal customers.
    • Promote the Club Garments Loyalty Program for repeat sales.
    • Serve clients according to the company's selling guidelines (GUEST - Greet, Understand, Explain, Offer, Say Thanks).
    • Stay updated on different brand names for effective marketing.
  2. Brushing/Mindset/Knowledge:
    • Maintain a presentable and well-groomed appearance at all times.
    • Be flexible to work extended hours during sales periods.
    • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to minimize stock loss.
  3. Merchandise:
    • Ensure stock is well displayed and organized to attract customers, adhering to standards.
    • Follow visual merchandising guidelines and maintain stock norms, especially on clearance.
    • Record stock movements accurately.
  4. Refine:
    • Handle POS (Point of Sale) and billing efficiently.
    • Manage cash transactions at the start and end of shifts.
    • Issue receipts, reimbursements, and change correctly.
    • Process payments via cash, card, vouchers, or auto-debits.
    • Maintain security awareness at all times.
    • Work flexible shifts and overtime as needed.
    • Follow SOP & Loss Prevention plans.
