  • Maintain and update reservation systems for accuracy and availability.
  • Collaborate with front desk, sales, and marketing teams to optimize bookings.
  • Assist with room rates, promotions, and special requests.
  • Prepare reports on occupancy, reservations, and key metrics.
  • Resolve guest complaints and booking discrepancies.
  • Promote upgrades and additional services during the booking process.
  • Assist the Director of Revenue in overseeing the department's performance and strategies.
