Job summary

A luxury hotel brand in Ras al-Khaimah is seeking a Reservations Agent to create exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you will provide friendly, engaging service, maximize revenue through up-selling, and assist guests with their requests. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel or resort in the UAE and strong interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and prior experience with Opera are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as Reservations Agent in a 5 Star Hotel/Resort in UAE.
• Experience as a Reservations Agent is essential.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Reservations Agent :

You are the beginning of an exceptional guest experience. As a Reservations Agent, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience the come when they arrive!

What you will be doing :

• Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service
• Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling
• Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
• Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include :

• Should have min. 2 years experience as Reservations Agent for a 5 Star Hotel / Resort in UAE
• Guest focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
• Prior experience working with Opera will be preferred
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
