Job Title: Rental Car Sales Support

Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparing quotations as per the requirements of prospects and clients as communicated by the commercial department in collaboration with the client/ prospect themselves.
• Check the availability and the full specification of vehicles quoted with the supplier.
• To co-ordinate with commercial team during the quotation preparation phase to seek clarifications regarding technical specifications of vehicles
• Assist order and delivery manager with the accurate purchasing details of vehicles relating to signed quotations.
• Assist the commercial team, both account managers and business development managers, in client meetings to provide insights of technical vehicle data and supplier procedures.
• Execute the recalculations and extensions of lease contracts.
• Preparation of the Early Termination based on market value provided by CRM team which they obtain from the traders.
• Assist the execution of service settlements in NOLS for both normal and early terminated vehicles.
• Assist the CRM team with the reserve price for in-stock cars considered for retail sales and wholesale auction.
• Ensure all operations department invoices are closed on time and with as much accuracy as possible.
• Support the Operations Service Manager and Operations Director when requested to do so.
