As a Product Designer at SeeZ you will be at the heart of creating intuitive and engaging user experiences. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, conduct user research and design solutions that align with business objectives while enhancing customer satisfaction. Your work will influence the entire product lifecycle from concept to ensuring consistency, usability and innovation across our digital platforms.

Job Key Responsibilities

• Set Design Requirements: Collaborate with internal teams and conduct user research to establish clear design requirements that align with business goals.
• Identify Improvement Opportunities: Continuously analyze products and processes to uncover opportunities for enhancement and innovation.
• Market Analysis: Research and analyze how new products meet market needs and align with consumer preferences, staying informed on industry trends and market conditions.
• Design Consistency: Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistency in design language and communication across all products.
• Iterative Design: Modify and revise existing designs based on customer feedback and evolving preferences, ensuring our products remain competitive and user‑friendly.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product engineers and cross‑functional teams to suggest and implement product and process improvements.
• Present Design Concepts: Effectively communicate and present product design ideas to cross‑functional teams and senior leadership, articulating the rationale behind design decisions.
• User Research & Testing: Engage in all phases of the design process, including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design and usability testing.
• Prototype Development: Transform concepts into prototypes, iterating based on feedback and testing results to refine ideas.
• Feedback Interpretation: Collect and analyze both qualitative and quantitative feedback to inform design decisions and ensure they meet user needs.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest design tools, trends and techniques, recommending new technologies that could enhance our product offerings.

What you’ll bring to the party (Must haves)

• Proven experience in all phases of the design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design and usability testing.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process, problem‑solving skills and ability to meet client objectives.
• An intuitive eye for customer needs and a passion for creating products that exceed user expectations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality designs.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to collect, interpret and apply both qualitative and quantitative feedback to improve designs.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills, particularly around presenting and defending design concepts.
• A dynamic creative personality that thrives in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.

You’ll thrive in this role if you’re someone (Great to have)

• Familiarity with front‑end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Prior experience in a startup or agile environment.
