  • Follow established support procedures, SLAs, and security protocolsParticipate in specialist training and ongoing product knowledge updates
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service to international users
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support continuous service improvement
  • Work scheduled hours aligned with UAE headquarters operating times
Requirements
