Job summary

To generate and manage sales opportunities for the company’s real estate projects through direct client engagement and broker partnerships. Both roles aim to maximize revenue, ensure client satisfaction, and strengthen the company’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and brokerage partners.
  • Promote and sell the company’s projects to end-users and institutional investors.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Organize and lead meetings, presentations, and property tours.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, CRM, Finance, Oqood, etc.) to ensure smooth client transactions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Train, support, and motivate brokers to drive performance.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate (preferably with a developer).
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages an advantage).
  • Excellent client service and relationship management skills.
