POSITION OVERVIEW
  • Our client is actively seeking an energetic Relationship Manager to become a valuable addition to their team! The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing property sales transactions from start to finish, nurturing relationships with clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. This role involves close collaboration with real estate agents, clients, and other stakeholders to meet sales targets and achieve customer satisfaction.
KEY RESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES EXPECTED FROM THE ROLE
  • Manage property sales transactions from initial inquiry to closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Collaborate closely with Real Estate agents, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the team.
  • Activate new and existing channel partners / brokers to promote sales in the real estate sector.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CHARACTERISTICS
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience with Real Estate Development in the UAE.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in preferably in Mandarin and English.
  • Proven track record in selling luxury Real Estate in the UAE.
  • Multi-lingual capabilities are essential.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Preferred someone with developer experience or has worked with a master broker as dedicated asset for a project.
  • Strong broker relations.
  • Should have worked with the same developer for 1 year or higher.
