Job summary

A healthcare provider in Abu Dhabi is seeking a qualified nurse to deliver patient-centric care. You will collaborate with a multi-professional team, ensure patient safety, and assist in building a learning environment for nursing staff. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and have at least two years of nursing experience, along with valid BLS and NRP certificates. Basic Arabic skills and computer literacy are preferred.

• At least two years of experience in nursing.
• Three years of recent maternity nursing experience is desired.
• UAE experience would be beneficial.

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

Provide and coordinate patient-centric and evidence based nursing care by ensuring compliance to ethical and professional standards set by regulatory authorities and the company

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi professional team according to set clinical standards and relevant legislation
• Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing and managing risks in accordance with clinical risk policies, procedures and relevant legislation
• Take active responsibility for positive patient experiences by creating a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership
• Create and contribute to a learning environment that builds employee competence by actively supervising, mentoring and coaching learners and nursing employees

REQUIRED EDUCATION

• Essential: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• valid BLS and NRP certificate

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Essential: At least two years in own country
• Desired: Three years recent maternity nursing experience
• Desired: UAE experience would be beneficial
