Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive nursing care by assessing, administering treatments, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Assessment & Monitoring:
    Assess and record patients' symptoms, medical histories, and progress. Monitor vital signs and responses to treatment.
  • Medication & Treatment Administration:
    Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and document responses.
  • Collaborative Care:
    Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Care Plan Evaluation:
    Continuously evaluate patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
  • Emotional & Educational Support:
    Provide emotional support to patients and their families. Educate them on conditions, treatment plans, and aftercare.
  • Documentation:

  • Safety & Environment:
    Maintain a clean and safe environment for patient care, following infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications:
