Key Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders: architects, design studios, real estate developers and corporate decision‑makers.
  • Identify and secure large‑scale, high‑value commercial opportunities.
  • Represent the brand at trade fairs, networking events and industry gatherings across the GCC.
  • Collaborate with European production & design teams to deliver customized client solutions.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity and client needs and share insights with leadership.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and proposals to negotiation and closing.
Candidate Profile
  • 10 years of experience in business development or sales in interior design furniture or related industries.
  • Strong network in the GCC region with architects, interior designers and developers.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in premium projects.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Office‑based in Dubai with frequent GCC travel and occasional trips to Europe for training.
