Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the GCC and Middle East, particularly in UAE and Qatar. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, expanding key accounts, and engaging with senior decision-makers in government sectors. Candidates should have 8-10 years of experience in sales and business development, a proven track record in selling software platforms, and fluency in English and Arabic. This is a full-time position with no remote work options.

Qualifications

  • 8-10 years in sales/business development and/or key account management.
  • Proven success selling software platforms and integrated solutions.
  • Strong experience in UAE and Qatar; exposure to other Middle East countries is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to pipeline forecasting.
  • Expand key accounts and partner networks in the region.
  • Drive new business opportunities and enter new territories.
  • Engage senior decision-makers across government organizations.
  • Promote solutions for Smart Safe Cities and Critical Infrastructure Protection.
