Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Female Reformer Pilates Instructor for one of our prestigious Client (Gym) in Al Ain, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Pilates principles and a strong background in teaching Reformer Pilates. The instructor will be responsible for delivering high‑quality classes and helping clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized Pilates training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Reformer Pilates Classes: Lead group and private Reformer Pilates sessions, ensuring a safe and effective workout for all participants. Adapt exercises to suit various fitness levels and individual needs.
  • Client Assessments & Goals: Assess clients’ fitness levels and tailor Pilates programs to meet their specific goals, whether for weight loss, flexibility, strength, or rehabilitation. Track clients' progress and adjust programs as needed.
  • Instruction & Guidance: Provide clear and precise instructions during each session. Demonstrate proper techniques, ensuring correct form and alignment. Offer guidance on breathing techniques, muscle engagement, and posture correction.
  • Maintain Safety Standards: Ensure all exercises are performed with the utmost safety, particularly when using the Reformer machine. Monitor clients’ technique and make adjustments to prevent injury.
  • Create a Positive & Supportive Environment: Foster a positive and motivating environment that encourages clients to achieve their fitness goals. Inspire clients with a passion for health and fitness.
  • Class Management & Administration: Manage class schedules and ensure that equipment is set up properly. Track attendance and maintain accurate records for private sessions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Pilates studio and equipment.
  • Customer Relations: Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Address client queries regarding Pilates techniques, class schedules, and general health and wellness.
  • Ongoing Professional Development: Keep up‑to‑date with the latest Reformer Pilates techniques and certifications. Attend workshops and courses to enhance personal expertise and deliver cutting‑edge classes.
Requirements
  • Certification: Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor (e.g., STOTT Pilates, BASI Pilates, or equivalent). Additional certifications in other fitness areas (e.g., mat Pilates, personal training) are a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience teaching Reformer Pilates classes. Experience in teaching diverse groups and working with clients of different fitness levels.
  • Skills & Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate, inspire, and create a welcoming environment for clients. Good understanding of anatomy and safe exercise practices. Ability to work with clients with varying levels of flexibility, strength, and injury histories.
  • Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit and able to demonstrate exercises with proper technique. A professional appearance and demeanor are required.
  • Languages: Proficiency in English (Arabic is a plus, but not mandatory).
